1. Monthly Financial Report posting at PTCA Bulletin Board and RISCI web site	Ensures transparency of PTCA fund collection & use
2. Installation of Pedestrian Signage in front of the school’s road. The said project was solicited from the school service association.	Minimizes pedestrian and vehicular related accidents.
3. Continuous employment of school’s utilities and marshals.	Maintains school’s cleanliness & security.
4. New uniforms for school utilities and marshals.	Maintain school’s good image. Easily identifies school employees.
5. Continuous subscription to Internet broadband.	For the scholars access to information @ the school’s computer laboratory.
6. Continuous updating and maintenance of school’s web-site.	For on-line access of updates to school’s activities & accomplishments.
7. Family Day Activity.	Strengthens parents, teachers and scholars camaraderie and solidarity

11. Installation of covered path walk going to 1 st year CR. The project was solicited from Mayor Boyet Ynares.	Protects 1 st year students from sunlight and rain when they go to comfort rooms.
12. Inclusion of RISCI to Manila Water’s Lingap Eskwela Program. This project was made possible by the endorsement of Gov. Jun Ynares thru the petition letter and lobbying of the PTCA board.	A good source of drinking water for scholars, teachers and staff. Can help in maintaining the cleanliness of school's comfort rooms.
13. Manila Water Lingap Eskwela’s installation of Drinking fountains.	Accessible drinking water for all in the school premises.
14. Installation of handwashing cubicle for students	To prevent the spread of diseases like H1N1, Flu, etc.
15. Repair of School's front entrance Ynares-type building. The project was sponsored by the office of Gov. Jun Ynares thru the initiative and lobbying of the PTCA board.	Renovated classrooms for scholars. The enhanced facade maintains the good image of the school.
16. Introduced “Adopt-a-Project” program.	It resulted to donations to the school like BP Apparatus, Nebulizer and others.
17. Loyalty Award Medal for Graduating Scholars.	Recognizes the hard work and dedication of graduating scholars.
18. Financial assistance to the following scholar's activities wherein they excelled:
a. National Leadership Training
b. Science Fair
c. Intel Science Fair
d. Boy Scout Activity

2. Installation of covered path walk going to 1st year CR	Solicitation was done to selected parents. Collected funds to be endorsed to 2009-2010 PTCA officers.

Aside from Computer Laboratory Upgrade/Networking and Internet Connection which is the major project of PTCA for 2006-2007, the Website Development of the RNSHS was also conceptualized . However due to time constraint , this project had only materialized this year. ; 2008. The PTCA 2007-2008 headed by the Atty, Perla Melanie C. Caraan thought of pushing through this project and therefore sought the help of the former Board Member , Engr. Noli M. Tanuecoz who also supervised the the group project last year (Computer Laboratory/Networking & Internet Connection) . The PTCA held a contest aiming to create and design a website suited for the the Rizal National Science High School, last Janaury 2008. They judged Edis Villahermosa, Faye Tandog, and Jorell Quiben as winners who integrated ideas & developed the website design of Rizal National Science High School.

This project will enable the students, graduates, alumni, teachers, staff, examinees, and concerned people to access and get updated about the recent happenings and activities in the said school.

Moreover, latest project of the PTCA 2007-2008 was the renovation of the 12 rest rooms of the Rizal National Science High School. This aimed to give benefit to the students, teachers, staffs, and visitors entering the school campus in the usage of the comfort rooms.
